Catching more than fish....

We took Emma fishing for the first time last night. She had a new princess fishing pole that she was dying to use. So we bought some worms at Wal-Mart (concerning, I know) and headed to a friend's home to fish in his pond. She really hung in there despite not catching anything at all. I had time to grab a few quick shots to help her remember a perfect family night. I used an editing technique to give some of these shots a faded, aged look.

Cara says she "crashed" Tawni's photo session. It was her birthday and everyone needs their picture taken on their birthday! Happy Birthday Cara!

Tawni

I promised Tawni a photo session for her birthday MONTHS ago and we were both so busy that it was put off until just today. Turns out Tawni is afraid of snakes, spiders and nature in general, so the session was a bit stressful for her. Then I got something in my eye and we spent most of the session driving around with me half blind trying to kill all of us. We got some great shots though and when Tawni is rich and famous I hope she'll remember me.

I dragged Alica all over town to take pictures on a gorgeous Saturday. From the Creepy Firehouse to lying in the street in downtown Evansville, we had a really good time making these pictures.
